Grande Vita is Located at Bignay, Caloocan City.

Looking at the location map of the Grande Vita, you might be worried that it is quite far from the nearest main highway. However, do not let the scale of the map fool you. It is actually easy to travel from the main gate of the community to the commercial and business complexes via public transportation. For instance, if you want to do a bit of shopping, you will only need to travel maybe twenty or thirty minutes to reach SM City Fairview, Ayala Malls’ Fairview Terraces, and Robinson’s Place Novaliches. These three huge malls are practically sitting next to each other. You can easily walk from one building to the next. If you do not have a car, you can still reach the area quite easily via jeepney or bus.

If you are looking for schools for your children then you are in luck because there are dozens of them within a 5-kilometer radius. You will not find it hard looking for elementary and high schools, private or public, as there are many of them nearby. Colleges, on the other hand, might need a bit of travel time but not that much still. The nearest is La Consolacion College Novaliches Campus, which is around ten minutes by commute from Grande Vita. Around thirty minutes by jeepney, you will reach Quirino Highway and along this stretch of road are several more small and medium colleges and universities, like Bestlink College, AMA Computer College, Our Lady of Fatima University, and many more.

Hospitals are also quite near the Grande Vita, so you need not worry about medical emergencies too much. You will find the San Lorenzo hospital just five or ten minutes away by car. This private hospital has all of the necessary medical equipment and is staffed by highly professional personnel. If you want other choices, then go a bit further to find another private hospital, the Bernardino General Hospital, which is much larger than San Lorenzo.

You can easily find different kinds of public transportation in the area surrounding the Grande Vita from small tricycles to hulking buses. You will find them all along the roads connected to the community. If you need to do some overtime work and you got out of the office a bit too late than usual, you can rest assured that you will easily find a ride back home.

One of the biggest drawbacks of living in Grand Vita is probably that it is a bit too far from Makati and the other big CBDs in Metro Manila. If you work in Makati then you need to set aside at least an hour and a half for your morning commute. However, since the construction of the new MRT system is already in full swing, you can expect your travel time to be cut in half at least. Since the units in the Grand Vita are still in the preselling stages, you can expect the new rail system to be up and running once Camella Homes turns over your new house to you.
