Grande Vita - AMENITIES
If you are a resident of any of the many communities that Camella Homes have built, you will be spoiled by the number of features and amenities and that is still the same with Grande Vita. For instance, it is only normal to worry about your own and your family’s safety, so Grande Vita aims to put your mind at ease by providing many security features to keep the residents safe.
The first one in the line of defense is the high, concrete perimeter wall that encloses the entirety of the community. The wall is quite high, and smoothly finished on the outside so ne’er-do-wells will not find it easy to scale the walls and break into the homes of the residents. Aside from the walls, the community is also guarded by a team of professional security personnel, all of them tasked to keep the residents safe. All the entrance points into the subdivision are closely watched by at least one security guard at any given time.
In addition, to make sure that nothing escapes the gaze of the security team, there are dozens of CCTV cameras keeping a close watch over the public areas and main roads within Grande Vita. Aside from the protection against robbers and thieves, Grande Vita also took into consideration fires and medical emergencies during the designing stage of the community. Unlike other, cheaper residential communities, the roads and streets in Grande Vita are wide enough for emergency vehicles to pass through and navigate. For instance, in case a fire breaks out, fire trucks can easily enter the community and navigate to the danger zone.
Besides the basics, there are also several recreational amenities inside the community that make living in Grande Vita more than worth your while. For instance, Metro Manila summers can be quite a drag, but instead of going to the malls to cool down, you can just head on over to the huge community pool. There are actually two pools in Grande Vita, a big one for the adults and big kids, and a wading pool for the little tots. The pool is actually wide and deep enough that you can use it as a lap pool as well.
If you want another form of exercise, and also have quite a bit of fun at the same time, you and your friends should head over to the basketball court and shoot some hoops. You can also set up a net in the middle of the court and play volleyball or tennis if you want to.
Now, if you just want to go somewhere quiet and maybe read a book, there are pocket parks with landscaped gardens in several places in the community. You can sit in one of the provided benches, and just spend the afternoon looking at the flowers and watching the other people pass by.
If you are thinking of throwing a party, but you don’t have nearly enough room in your own house, you can rent the multi-purpose clubhouse and use it as your venue.
